Le temps moyen est de 2 secondes. Sur chantier 5 secondes selon la longueur des raccords. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>L\u2019amor\u00e7age de soudage et la mont\u00e9e en intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019arc&nbsp;<\/strong>:  <br>Apr\u00e8s la fin du temps de pr\u00e9-gaz, l\u2019arc s\u2019amorce (d\u00e9but de l\u2019arc) sur la pi\u00e8ce soit par&nbsp; l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un courant \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, soit par contact avec l\u2019\u00e9lectrode et la pi\u00e8ce. La mont\u00e9e progressive de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 &nbsp;&nbsp;de soudage et programm\u00e9e sur le poste par l\u2019utilisateur. Elle permet le pr\u00e9chauffage de la zone avant formation du bain de fusion de la soudure <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Intensit\u00e9 de soudage&nbsp;:<\/strong><br>La valeur programm\u00e9e de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de soudage est \u00e0 son maximum suivent les r\u00e9glages de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur. Cette valeur est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e en fonction du mat\u00e9riau et de son \u00e9paisseur et de la position de soudage. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Intensit\u00e9 de soudage&nbsp;:<\/strong>La valeur programm\u00e9e de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de soudage est \u00e0 son maximum suivent les r\u00e9glages de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur. Cette valeur est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e en fonction du mat\u00e9riau et de son \u00e9paisseur et de la position de soudage. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Evanouissement de l\u2019arc \u00e9lectrique de soudage&nbsp;<\/strong>: <br>Quand le soudeur rel\u00e2che la g\u00e2chette de la torche ou actionne cette g\u00e2chette si soudure en 4 temps. Le cycle d\u2019\u00e9vanouissement de l\u2019arc de soudage de d\u00e9clenche. La descente progressive est programm\u00e9e par le soudeur par une temporisation.
